Our Team

Lisa Keckich, MS

Executive Director

Lisa has nearly 25 years of client services experience that encompasses roles in CME, association management, business development, strategic planning, marketing, and operations. As Executive Director at ACHL, she leads cross functional teams that collaborate as a focused unit to achieve business goals and drive the evolution of concepts into achievable business strategies. She is responsible for the overall development and implementation of educational activities that support the continuing professional development of physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinicians.

Prior to ACHL she spent 6 years at DIME, a full service accredited provider and 9 years at SmithBucklin Corporation, as an executive director and consultant serving healthcare associations, including the American Society of Hand Therapists and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. In this capacity, she oversaw the strategic and financial positioning of her client organizations, directed all advocacy and public relations and drove new business development.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver in Sociology, with minors in biology and business administration, and a Master of Science degree from DePaul University in public service management.

Amanda Kaczerski, MS, CHCP

Director, Educational Strategy and Design

Amanda brings 10 years of CME development to her role at ACHL. Her primary areas of attention have been on strategic planning, instructional design, and outcomes. Responsible for conceptualizing new ideas and offerings, she is focused on exploring new partnerships and developing solutions responsive to their needs. Some areas of attention Amanda has put emphasis on include the Quality Payment Program by CMS, Quality Improvement activities, and patient education.

With a passion for improving the quality of care, Amanda is determined to partner and strategize with like-minded organizations to meet this goal. Having earned her CHCP in 2011, Amanda is committed to lifelong learning and consistently strives to plan interventions which will result in the greatest impact to clinicians and patients.

Amanda earned her Master of Science degree in Athletic Training and Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University.
